Política de reembolso

We want Buyers to be able to buy Tickets with confidence. As such, with each qualified order, Ticketeras works to ensure that:

  1. Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event;
  2. Your tickets will provide valid entry to the event;
  3. The tickets you receive will be the same as those you ordered; and
  4. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! Ticket Holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or Present this digital version. This ticket will not be replaced if stolen, lost, or destreoyed. 
  5. We offer refunds on the price of the tickets, but please note that any fees you paid will not be credited or refunded. Fees are used to cover the cost of processing your order , and those costs cannot be recovered.

Cancellations / Postponement.

  1. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, Ticketeras, in its sole discretion, will provide you with a full refund of the ticket price (excluding fees) or, subject to applicable laws, issue you a credit for use on a future purchase. We will notify you that the event was canceled and provide clarity on how a refund will be processed.
  2. If an event is postponed, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date. If replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the rescheduled date, Ticketeras will work to obtain replacement tickets for you. Except when replacement tickets are required or as otherwise required by applicable law, Ticketeras does not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events.
